Turbocharged Engine
The new Hyundai i20 hatchback is available with three engine options, each with its own gearbox. With various engine-gearbox combinations, the Hyundai i20 outperforms the model it replaces in terms of performance. The engine is a 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engine that produces 88 PS and 113 Nm of torque. This engine is available with either a 5-speed manual transmission or a CVT transmission. On the other hand, the 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine produces 120 PS and 172 Nm of torque and is available with either a 6-speed iMT or a 7-speed DCT transmission. Finally, the 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine produces 100 PS of maximum power and 240 Nm of peak torque, making it the most powerful variant in its class.Stunning Design & Interior
The Hyundai i20 has an upscale interior with a dashboard that has a modern feel and many German design elements. It has an entirely new look and the instrument cluster is brand new and packed with functionalities. The interior is all-black, with red highlights for Turbo variants and bronze accents for normal variants. The i20’s front facet makes extensive use of cuts and folds which increase the aggression and sportiness quotient. It features a sharper shoulder line, an angular composition on the doors and an unorthodox C-pillar, which sets the bar for this car’s distinctiveness. The i20 packs features such as wireless charging, ambient lighting, connected car technology and a fantastic sound system. The entertainment system equips Bose speakers and Hyundai’s BlueLink connectivity, as well as 50 functions that provide good audio pleasure.
